Thank you for using JobBazar.bd. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased on our platform.
Employers may purchase job posting packages or other premium services on JobBazar.bd. All payments must be completed before the service is activated.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical issues preventing the service from being delivered
Service not activated after successful payment
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Job post has already been published
Employer changes their decision after posting the job
Incorrect information provided by the user
Violation of JobBazar.bd policies
Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of payment. Requests should include payment details and the reason for the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
